Withdrawal Policy

This withdrawal policy (Widerrufsbelehrung) is addressed to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (the German Civil Code). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal (Widerruf), you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services or the delivery of digital content begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, which applies in particular to all paid services of QR Kontor (slot packs and Pro subscription), the right of withdrawal also expires under § 356 (5) BGB

• if we have begun performing the contract,
• after you have expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
• you have confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal expires when performance of the contract begins.

During the ordering process, you are expressly informed of this early expiry and must additionally actively consent before we begin performance. As long as you have not given this consent, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully in force.

If you want to withdraw from the contract, you can fill out this form and send it back to us. Using it is voluntary.

This withdrawal policy corresponds to the official model under Annex 1 and Annex 2 to Art. 246a § 1 (2) sentence 1 No. 1 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code).
